We understand how important it is to get your delivery to you as quickly and conveniently as possible. Orders are dispatched as soon as possible, this is usually within 1 business day. Orders placed on a Friday after 3pm will be dispatched the following Monday, though we will endeavour to have them dispatched on the Friday.
Returns Policy
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order with us please send an e-mail to hello@burtiesboutique.co.uk. We can cancel the order at any time so long as the goods haven’t been despatched.
In the event that your order has been despatched you can return the goods within 30 days. The goods must be returned in resalable condition. The costs of returning goods to us will be met by you. When we receive the goods we will authorise a refund (excluding postage costs)
The goods will remain your responsibility until they have been safely delivered to us. We strongly advise that you insure the goods and get proof of posting in case of loss or damage.

We bought the whole range of walk on the wild side and they are adorable. Was unsure if the harness was the right size at first, but after using it for a while have realised it moves well when walking therefore doesn't rub and aids with better walking due to the style.
